Every weekday, we pick children up from area schools* with our van and bus and bring them to Kids’ Place where they receive a nutritious snack and help with homework. Then the fun begins: Chapel time, arts & crafts, games and field trips!
*We provide transportation from the following schools:
Malden: Linden, Forestdale, Beebe, Salemwood, Mystic Valley Charter School.
Everett: Kevarian, Lafayette, Madeline English, Parlin, Webster.

Dates and Times:
The After School Program runs from the Wednesday after Labor Day (September 8th) until June 21st.
We pick up children at school dismissal time and are open until 6:00 p.m.
Full Days: On snow days, teacher professional development days, and on many school vacation days, we are open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
We accept new children for February and April vacation weeks!
Safe and Secure
We are committed to providing a safe, healthy environment where kids can learn, grow and have fun. Our low child to staff ratio provides a nurturing setting where children are very well cared for. All of our experienced staff are certified in first aid and CPR.
Our building is secure and our outdoor area provides lots of space for running in autumn leaves, playing in the snow, and enjoying spring breezes. Come visit and see our facility.

Educational
A child’s world should be filled with learning and exploring - and it should be fun too! All of our activies incorporate opportunities to learn and grow. Special events like Dinosaur week, Fire Prevention week, Sports week and Nutrition week add excitement to the school year and enrich their learning experience.
Homework Help
•Homework time: Runs from 3:30 until 4:30 Monday through Thursday. Staff take an interest in each child and help reinforce what is being learned in school.
•Study Club: On Thursdays homework time is extended until 5:00 for children to receive help studying for tests or instruction in subjects they need strengthened.
