| ESSENTIAL CHRISTIAN EDUCATION -- FOR CHILDREN GRADES 3-6 |

Break Out is designed to move your child toward spiritual maturity. It uses a four part curriculum that will help them to Know Christ (3rd Grade), Grow in Christ (4th Grade), Serve Christ (5th Grade) and Share Christ (6th Grade).
Classes meet once a month during Saturday Night Worship (7:00pm-8:30pm). Our first meeting is October 18, 2008. Children and parents are encouraged to complete monthly homework in between each meeting. Sessions run for eight months.

Break-In: How to Know Christ
Book one focuses on Knowing Christ and is entitled "Break In." Children will learn and discuss topics such as Salvation, Baptism, Communion and Faith.
Break Through: How To Grow in Christ
Each child will take a further step in their maturity by developing habits for spiritual growth. Topics include How to Read God’s Word, How to Study God’s Word, Giving and Fellowship are discussed.
Break Away: How to Serve Christ
Book three in the discipleship series focuses on each child’s SHAPE. (Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Ability, Personality and Experience), and how they can use their SHAPE to serve others. The second half of this book is made up of 48 individual "Quiet Time" worksheets from the book of John. Requires each student to have their own growth binder for weekly lessons.
Break Out: How to Share Christ
The fourth and final book in the series focuses on Sharing Christ and how to be a witness to those around you. Topics such as evangelism, missions and leadership will equip each child with a vision for the world.
