Ephesians
Almost 2,000 years ago God inspired the Apostle Paul to write a letter to the Christians in a place called Ephesus. The words Paul wrote in that letter (known to us as Ephesians in our Bibles) were used by God to shape His people from that day until now. This group will explore the ideas and implications of this sacred letter using Tom Wright’s excellent guide Paul for Everyone. Through Wright’s insights and the lively discussion of the group, we’ll wrestle with this letter and how God intends it to change our lives.

James: Wisdom that Works
Are you stressed from having too much information but not enough wisdom? Knowledge may tell you what to do, but wisdom tells you how to do it. Our group will explore the wonderful book of James from the New Testament; it contains a perfect balance of principles and practicality. From struggles in side ourselves to conflict with others, this God-inspired letter will give us wisdom that works.

When God Call
The Bible is filled with stories of God calling ordinary people to do His will. God still calls us today, but how does God call? What are you called to do? How do you know? Come examine the lives of several fascinating characters in the Bible to understand how they were called, what they were called to do, and how they did it. Together we’ll learn to hear, understand and do what God calls us to.

Uprising - A Revolution of the Soul
It seems like everyone you talk to these days wants to change. We wish we looked different, had a better job, or were more talented. And you've probably discovered that while you can change things like your appearance, habits, friends, or job… it’s impossible to change yourself in deeper ways.
In this study, we’ll face the fact that we can’t change our character. And we’ll learn how to cooperate with God’s transforming power. This Life Group provides biblical and practical teaching that will challenge you and your group-mates to allow God to transform you into the man He created you to be.

Chasing Daylight - The Life of Jonathan
Adventure awaits. Opportunity is all around us. The biblical character Jonathan was a man on a mission. In faith and doubt he launched a risky and daring attack that succeeded and energized his people. If we can adopt his attitude we can be movers and shakers rather than moaners and slackers. This group will explore eight characteristics of an adventurer’s heart, what we’ll call “The Jonathan Factor.” In Chasing Daylight, you’ll be challenged to risk everything for a life of genuine purpose.

Women's Bible Study
Breaking Free:
Making Liberty in Christ a Reality in Life by Beth Moore
Discover the transforming power of Christ! Based on Isaiah 61:1-4, in-depth study Beth will draw parallels between the captive people of God in the Old Testament and the people of God today. The picture we paint will illustrate the benefits of a relationship with God and show us how to remove the obstacles that hinder that relationship. As you identify these obstacles you will draw closer to Christ and begin to experience the freedom He gives.
If you have been praying to know God better, struggling with sin, addiction, pain, fear, or any other obstacle in your relationship with Christ, or if you simply need to wake up your soul, then toss out the self-help books, grab hold of the Word of God, and jump into this LifeGroup. God will transform you!

| Help! I’m the Parent of a Teenager!
This group will provide a forum for parents of teens to openly discuss the joys and challenges of parenting teens and pre-teens. Through our discussions we’ll uncover the attributes it takes to parent teenagers through the rough waters of their teen years. We’ll help each parent understand their strengths and support them as they strive to address areas where they need to improve.

Fireproof Your Marriage
Firemen never leave anyone behind, but too often in marriage spouses abandon each other. It’s never too late, or too early, to fireproof your marriage. Well discover biblical principles for strong, God-centered, lifelong marriages using video clips from the movie Fireproof along with thought-provoking discussion questions and Bible study. We’ll put the spark back in your marriage before you burn out.

First Place 4 Health: A Christ-Centered Total-Wellness Program
Are you trying to balance the important areas of life: your relationship with God, others, sense of self, ways of thinking, acting and being? First Place 4 Health is a year long, three-part Life Group. Our first study, Begin with Christ, will help you begin a life-changing journey to better health with Christ at the center of it all. Through daily study and prayer—and with the encouragement of friends—participants will learn how to overcome temptation and fulfill their desire to love God with all their heart, soul, mind and strength. The Member Kit costs $100.00 and includes the first session’s Bible studies and the program materials for the year.

Conversation Groups are a easy and fun way to get involved helping others learn the English language.
All you need to do is show up and help people practice speaking English by discussing topics chosen
by a facilitator.

ESOL
English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) is a class designed to help those who are struggling learning the English Language. The class will be taught by a professional language instructor and can be complimented by both tutoring and conversation groups. This class is open to anyone who needs help with English both inside and outside the church.

English Tutoring
Be a Tutor! Here is an excellent way to reach out to your community and build relationships with people who might otherwise never consider attending a service or church event. If you can speak English, you can make a huge difference in someone’s life. And if you know of anyone who needs help with English, this is a great group to invite them to.
Need a Tutor? This group is designed to give individual support to those who are at various levels of proficiency with the English language. You don’t have to attend the church to take advantage of this free service.
